Synergy Solutions Vehicle Care continues to strengthen its team, adding Drew Marquis as business development manager for the Midwest territory.
Marquis brings a strong background in the professional car wash industry, having grown up around the business in Green Bay, WI, where his father spent more than 30 years in the industry. His early exposure to the car wash world sparked a passion that ultimately led him to pursue a career helping operators improve performance and profitability.
After attending college in Northern Michigan, Drew entered the industry as a chemical technician and representative in Wisconsin. Through years of hands-on experience, he advanced into account management and sales roles, supporting car wash operators throughout the Midwest. His experience spans chemical applications, site evaluations, troubleshooting, customer training, and account development.
Known for his relationship-driven approach, Drew works closely with customers to maximize wash quality, improve operational efficiency, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. His combination of technical expertise and field experience allows him to provide practical solutions that help operators achieve long-term success.
