The Heartland Carwash Association (HCA) has promoted Kristen Corbisiero to executive director and publisher. Corbisiero previously served as editor-in-chief and managing editor and will now assume expanded leadership responsibilities across operations, communications, publishing, and strategic programming for the multi-state association.

Corbisiero has been active in the car wash industry since 2006 and joined the Heartland Carwash Association in 2015 as managing editor. Since that time, she has played a key role in shaping the association’s editorial direction and member communications, helping to strengthen engagement across its nine-state footprint.

In her expanded role, Corbisiero will lead the overall direction and execution of HCA’s operations and member-facing initiatives, including communications, membership engagement, sponsorship programs, and event strategy for owners, operators, suppliers, and distributors across the Midwest.

She will also oversee the association’s quarterly publication, Splash; educational webinar programming; the annual product show and convention; marketing initiatives; website management; and member communications, while supporting board-directed strategic priorities and industry advocacy efforts.

“I’m honored to step into this role and continue building on the strong foundation of the Heartland Carwash Association,” said Corbisiero. “I look forward to growing the association, expanding our programs, and enhancing the value we provide to our members, exhibitors, and industry partners across the region.”

The promotion reflects HCA’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its programs, expanding its reach, and enhancing its position as a leading regional trade association in the car wash industry.
