Netchex, a payroll and HR platform for deskless workforces, has launched Mesh, six AI HR teammates that work ahead of problems instead of waiting to be asked — built for businesses like car washes, where site managers run payroll and cover shifts between cars.
Mesh adds six new teammates that can own the full workflow and loop operators in on the decisions that matter. And none of them need recruiting:
- Penny: payroll assistant, catches missing timecards.
- Atlas: people ops coordinator.
- Sentinel: compliance and risk analyst.
- Nova: workforce analyst.
- Milo: employee concierge (PTO, shift coverage).
- Nettie: service and support partner.
Mesh also works inside ChatGPT and Claude, letting employees file PTO or check pay stubs, and managers can approve requests, without opening Netchex application.
