EverWash, an end-to-end membership partner, has released a major update to its Attendant App — the tool used by on-site staff at more than 1,000 partner locations to sign up new members and manage the membership sales experience.
The update introduces a redesigned sign-up flow, real-time win-back and re-sign-up capabilities, the ability to set referral codes for shift promotions, family plan discount visibility, license plate capture with cashier mode support, multi-location login, and a rebuilt attendant-first interface. The enhancements were developed directly from operator and attendant feedback collected across the EverWash network.
“This update is about giving car wash operators and their teams a smarter tool at the most important moment — when a customer is standing right in front of them,” said Scott Caplan, CEO and founder of EverWash. “Every improvement we made reduces friction, protects revenue, and creates more opportunities to grow membership on the spot.”
Among the most significant additions is the ability for attendants to add memberships to existing accounts and update payment methods within the same sign-up flow — enabling real-time reactivation of lapsed members without any off-site follow-up.
The update also introduces license plate capture, enabled by default to reduce duplicate accounts and protect against promotion misuse, as well as a dedicated cashier mode for locations where attendants operate without direct line of sight to the vehicle.
The update is rolling out regionally across the EverWash network over the next few weeks. A full demo is available on EverWash’s YouTube channel.
