Summit Wash Holdings has named Todd Trewhella as its chief development officer. In this role, Trewhella will oversee the company’s real estate strategy, site acquisition, new construction, and portfolio expansion.
Trewhella has more than 20 years of experience leading development and market strategies for Fortune 500 companies including Starbucks Coffee Company, McDonald’s, and BP.
“Todd’s passion for driving transformational growth coupled with his proven success in portfolio management and optimization will support Summit’s strategic initiatives,” said Dan Pittman, CEO of Summit Wash Holdings. “I’m very excited to be working alongside him as we position the company for continued growth.”
Prior to joining Summit Wash Holdings, Trewhella spent 19 years at Starbucks, where he oversaw store development, including real estate, construction, and facilities management for a portfolio of more than 5,000 retail assets.
