EXPRESS WASH CONCEPTS DONATES $52,973 TO FLYING HORSE FARMS
Express Wash Concepts (EWC) has announced the donation of $52,973 to Ohio-based Flying Horse Farms, a medical specialty camp that provides healing, transformative experiences for children with serious illnesses and their families — free of charge. Monetary donations were collected at all Moo Moo Express, Flying Ace Express, Clean Express Auto Wash, and Meyers Auto Wash locations May 14-16, 2021.
Throughout the Flying Horse Farms campaign, the four Express Wash Concepts’ brands offered a free signature car wash ($15-$18 value) to customers in exchange for a $5 monetary donation. One hundred percent of the proceeds benefitted Flying Horse Farms. At the campaign’s conclusion, Express Wash Concepts gave away more than 10,500 free car washes, totaling more than $180,000 at full retail value.
“We had the opportunity to bring our site managers onsite to Flying Horse Farms a few days prior to our campaign start,” said John Roush, Express Wash Concepts CEO, “and I believe that by experiencing firsthand what children get to experience at camp, our site managers were able to evangelize Flying Horse Farms’ mission so much more effectively to our team members and customers.”
