The National Association of Convenience Stores’ annual event — the NACS Show — is scheduled to run from Tuesday, October 1 through Friday, October 4 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA.
It is the convenience and fuel retailing industry’s premier event and attracts more than 24,000 attendees from around the world. More than 1,200 exhibitors are expected to occupy a tradeshow floor measuring in excess of 420,000 square feet.
The Cool New Products Preview Room will be loaded with innovations, new products, services, and other growth opportunities and is segmented into the five expo-floor categories: Merchandise, Candy, and Snacks; Technology; Facility Operations; Fuel Equipment and Services; and
Foodservice. Here, attendees can capture product details and access exhibitor contact information.
The NACS Show provides ample learning opportunities, offering more than 50 educational sessions, though no car wash specific presentations this year.
Tuesday’s general session features keynote speaker Jim Knight. He’ll advise on how to create a customer experience that differentiates your store and delivers sustainable results. On Wednesday, Robyn Benincasa will take attendees on a fast-paced multimedia adventure that visually and viscerally imparts the mindset that allows teams to adapt, overcome, and win as one against all odds. Ideas 2 Go returns on Thursday, an always-popular and always-informative collection of the industry’s best practices. Led by NACS president and CEO Henry Armour, Ideas 2 Go will showcase emerging concepts that redefine convenience. Keynote speaker Daymond John wraps up the show on Friday. He is not only a pioneer in the fashion industry but also a shark on ABC’s “Shark Tank.”
The NACS Show 2020 will be held October 11-14 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. For more information, please visit www.nacsonline.com.
