Grimes, IA-based Ryko Solutions Inc. has announced the acquisition of the assets and operations of R.W. Mercers car wash service organization for the state of Michigan. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The move further solidifies Rykos national service support network of more than 250 trained technicians who provide maintenance on Ryko and competitor equipment brands.
According to Steven LHeureux, Rykos president and CEO, this acquisition completes Rykos plan to provide direct sales and service throughout the Midwest. The Mercer team that is joining our sales and service organization has impressed us with their commitment and dedication to customer satisfaction, he added.
Tom Thomas, sales manager of R.W. Mercers car wash operations group, and Mark Hartzer, the teams service manager, will remain with Ryko Solutions Inc. |
