Mister Car Wash has announced the acquisition of the Cloister Wash & Lube chain with four car washes and three lube shops in eastern Pennsylvania. The transaction was finalized on December 4th, 2012. Cloister Wash and Lube is one of the pre-eminent car wash companies in the world and Mike Mountz, founder and CEO of Cloister, is widely recognized as one of the most innovative operators in our industry, said Ron Peterson, CEO of Mister Car Wash.
