Warsaw Chemical Co. Inc. has announced the appointment of Scott Oster as Southeast regional sales manager. Oster offers many years of car wash experience, beginning as a chemical-solutions distributor and becoming involved in the management of over a dozen car wash locations in the Southeast. He also opened his own express exterior car wash in 2005, and most recently held the position of Bay Wash Division manager for Sonnys Enterprises.
