The Automotive Oil Change Association (AOCA) has selected SmithBucklin as its full-service management company. The association relocated from Richardson, TX to SmithBucklins offices in Chicago in October 2012.
SmithBucklin attended the AOCAs annual membership meeting in Las Vegas on October 29 and has begun working with the associations board of directors on strategic plans for 2013. At the meeting, members elected two new directors and re-elected two directors. The newly constituted board met immediately thereafter and elected officers.
Effective October 29, 2012 the board of directors comprises: Pat Wirth (president), Harold Smith (vice president), Randy Groover (treasurer), Jim Grant (secretary), and directors R. Scotti Lee, Bob Falter, Sean Krassman, Scott Jameson (associate), and Amber Kossak (associate). |
