The welcoming reception takes place October 15 at Luke Palladino’s restaurant Specchio, just upstairs from Ombra. The restaurant is closed to the public that evening, lending itself to an intimate venue to catch up with friends and acquaintances. In addition, the well-received Early Bird Sessions will be back as will be educational programs for new and seasoned operators alike.
