Industry Newsline

Prime Shine Car Wash, headquartered in Modesto, CA, has launched a marketing campaign to raise awareness of the eco-friendly quality of washing a car at Prime Shine versus washing at home. Since 1991, Prime Shine has been utilizing many water saving systems as a means of best practice, and believes it is appropriate to make the public aware of this. More and more people are concerned about the environment and want to do business with those that care about the community. The flyer pictured on the left illustrates the key points to consider.

The campaign is being supported with the creation of a new website (www.savemoneysavetimesavewater.com) dedicated to the effort. It is a fun and creative site that offers detailed information about the values of washing at Prime Shine. In addition to the website, Prime Shine will participate in several Earth Day activities; has partnered with the Modesto Nuts Single A baseball franchise; was featured on the cover of the Modesto Bee on Saturday April 18; and will further this message through the use of newspaper ads, radio spots, and billboards located on local transit buses.
