Lochinvar Corporation
Lebanon, Tennessee

Lochinvar Corporation is a leading manufacturer of high-efficiency water heaters, boilers, and swimming pool heaters.

What’s New/Best Seller • Copper-Fin® Car Wash Bay De-Icing System

Advantages/Features • The Copper-Fin eliminates the temperature lags and overshoots found in other de-icing systems. The high heat transfer ratio of the finned copper tubing, together with the high velocity water flow of the heat exchanger, provides instantaneous response. The gasketless design isn’t plagued with the problems and failures found with O-Rings and gaskets. The high rate of flow creates a scouring action that prevents sediment and lime scale buildup common in conventional boilers, and the finned copper tubes provide maximum heat transfer efficiency.

Delivery/Installation • Systems are pre-engineered and assembled. The circulating pump and mounted wired controls allow the customer to simply slide the unit into place and connect the utilities. The unit uses a vent stack up to eight inches smaller than typically required, and the available Multi-Stack® frame allows the use of two units in the footprint normally required for one.

Belanger Inc.
Northville, Michigan

Founded in 1969, Belanger manufacturers a complete line of vehicle wash systems, products, and components for in-bay automatic, cloth drive-thru, conveyorized tunnel, and large vehicle wash applications. All Belanger products are strategically designed to provide maximum cleaning performance while delivering superior life-cycle longevity and user-friendly serviceability.

What’s New/Best Seller • Vector Cold Weather Package.

Advantages/Features • For in-bay wash facilities that are located in cold weather climates, Belanger’s Vector Rapid Wash system offers an optional Cold Weather Package that helps prevent system freeze up. Every aspect of this Cold Weather Package was carefully designed to assist Vector wash systems in remaining fully operational and profitable, even on the coldest of winter days. Some of the Cold Weather Package’s many features include self-regulating heat tape — along with insulated safety sleeves — on the upper and lower manifolds to assure precise heat retention. An air purging regulator routinely blows residual water out of the system, preventing the nozzle tips and lines from freezing. The Cold Weather Package’s weep system — with temperature sensor — automatically delivers a constant amount of water flow to the undercarriage and rocker blaster nozzle tips, eliminating freeze up when temperatures fall below 32 degrees. Temperature-regulated E-300 enclosure provides year-round protection for maximum uninterrupted wash performance.

Delivery/Installation • Belanger takes its commitment to its customers very seriously. From its worldwide local distributor network, to its technical support help desk and aftermarket support team, Belanger will be there for you every step of the way with installation, training, service, and support that you can count on.

Clear Fold Door Inc.
Oakwood Village, Ohio

Clear Fold Door is celebrating 26 years of manufacturing high-speed fully-automatic wind doors for the full- and self-serve car wash industries. Clear Fold customizes all its doors.

What’s New/Best Seller • The CFACE 2 Air Control Enclosure.

Advantages/Features • The CFACE 2 Air Control Enclosure features a NEMA4 full-fiberglass enclosure with pre-plumbed filter/regulator with auto-drain, panel-mount gauge, independent open/close speed controls and a panel-door-mounted on/off switch. These optional units can be installed on new doors as well as retrofitted to existing units. Also availible is a manual low-cost moveable curtain partition for wash bays, wax bays, lube bays, or other problem areas that require containment. Clear Fold doors contain heat, which combats the mist of overspray that can ice up on outside pavement. The doors will also permit an accidental drive-through with less damage than a solid sectional or roll-up door would allow. A Clear Fold door does not communicate a “closed for business” appearance like a solid door does; most operations will continue as normal on very cold, clear days. The closures will operate from existing car wash equipment signals and are produced to withstand harsh car wash environments. All model doors come with either 24 VAC or 110-volt AC control valves.
