SPLASH MUSTANG WINNER

In the Splash Car Wash 25th Anniversary Mustang Giveaway, Stamford, CT resident Dean Schuckman had the key that started the 2006 convertible. The happy event took place on Saturday June 2nd at the Splash facility at 382 Danbury Road in Wilton.

Schuckman was one of 57 Splash customers who had won a key in weekly drawings at all Splash locations beginning May 8 in a contest that marked the 25th anniversary of the Splash car wash chain. Schuckman won his key at Splash in Stamford, 649 Hope Street.

Not able to attend the event on Saturday, Shuckman’s son, Adam, stood in for him and enjoyed the thrill of starting the red Mustang, which carries a free three-year lease. Adam Schuckman was 46th in line as the key holders waited for their chance to win the car.

All key holders who attended the event walked away with prizes ranging from Yankees tickets to free Splash services. “This was every bit as exciting as we’d hoped it would be,” said Splash co-founder Mark Curtis, who along with partner Chris Fisher was on hand for the giveaway. “We got to meet a lot of our customers and while only one person drove off in the Mustang, no one went home empty handed.”
