NuStar, Inc. ( of Shakopee, MN, manufacturer of rollover automatic car wash equipment for over 40 years, has announced two new programs that allow qualified businesses to obtain free car wash equipment, free chemicals, and free service and repair. Both programs are ideal for gas stations, C-stores, car dealerships and self-serve car wash owners who wish to replace old equipment or add new equipment without taking on the large debt associated with a car wash purchase or financing.

Under the first program, called “Revenue Share,” the operator shares a percentage of the sales revenue each month with NuStar. The percentage is negotiated before any equipment is installed. The operator is responsible for providing electrical and water hook-up to the car wash. The second new program, called “Pay-per-Wash,” requires the operator to pay NuStar a flat rate for every car washed by the new machine. The flat rate charged is determined by the type of automatic selected and the number of washes done per year — generally ranging from $1.99 to $3.99.
