Airlift Doors Inc.
Airlift Doors Inc. has been manufacturing air-powered door openers and polycarbonate doors for 30 years.
What’s New/Best Seller • Plastic track and Durahinge plastic hinges.
Advantages/ Features • Plastic track from Airlift offers a cost effective alternative to stainless steel. The track is corrosion resistant and comes with a five-year warranty. The track helps reduce ice buildup on door tracks — it doesn’t conduct cold like typical steel tracks. Plastic hinges reduce ice buildup in extreme cold climates, and offer an alternative to the high cost of stainless steel. The Durahinge hinges are designed with a multi-roller block, which can adjust the placement of the roller to help space the door. The hinges come with a five-year warranty.
Customer/Operator Support • National distributor network, free factory technical support, and installation assistance are available.
Proto-Vest Inc. offers energy efficient dryers for every type of application.
What’s New/Best Seller • The Tunnel Heater.
Advantages/Features • The Tunnel Heater works with a Proto-Vest Drying System to distribute warm air throughout a wash keeping it from freezing in the cold winter months. By using the airflow already circulated from a drying system the unit is one of the most efficient ways to heat a tunnel. Its hydronic-heating boiler is sized for the climatic zone and can be installed in a back room or any out-of-the-way location. The hot air (up to 155 degrees) generated by the unit helps to produce a drier car while it works to reduce pipe freeze-ups, ice build-up, and ultimately downtime. This option is available for steel blowers only.
