Car Spa is looking for dynamic individuals with a proven history of achievement for the Unit GM position. This person will be in charge of multiple profit centers including wash, lube, fuel, emissions, windshield repair and retail depending on location. Operate a facility within one of our various markets and earn a base salary of $45K plus bonus. Potential annual compensation up to 80K PLUS!
Qualifications: 5 years management experience in Car Wash Industry with DRB, Site Watch, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, electrical and welding. Some equipment installation experience a plus. Self-driven, flexible schedule, good mechanical aptitude.

Car Spa is looking for a dynamic individual with a proven history of achievement for the Operations Improvement Specialist position. This person will assist the VP of Operations in meeting financial goals by taking on roles that include Acting GM, Training Manager, Recruiter, Turnaround Specialist and other roles as necessary. Candidate will be a problem solver with a proven track record of hitting financial goals. Position is based in Dallas and required up to 80% travel. reliable transportation is required. Work schedule requires this person to work weekends and a minimum of 50 hours per week. Excellent compensation includes a base salary of 50K plus bonus.
Qualifications: 5 years experience in Car Wash industry or equivalent. Knowledge of DRB and Site Watch systems as well as some equipment installation and maintenence experience a plus. Must be self-driven, flexible and have good mechanical aptitude.
